The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has launched the construction of the multi-billion-shilling Ggaba Market in Makindye Division under the $162.64 million GKMA-UDP, delivering specialized cold-storage facilities for fish mongers, over 700 trading stalls, and a dedicated day-care center to accommodate relocated street vendors within two years.
